Refund policy

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide you with either:

  • A full refund (including original shipping costs), or

  • A replacement item at no extra cost.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number a photo/video of the issue so we can resolve this quickly for you.


Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Digital downloads

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Items marked as “final sale”


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

If you are returning a faulty or damaged item, you are entitled to a full refund including original shipping costs under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: return shipping will be covered by us.

  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g. change of mind): you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Depending on the issue, we may ask for a video of the issue.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions.

  4. Package the item securely and send it to the address provided.
